Returning Items
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Twisteemagnetichairtie.com, you must email us at ask info@twisteemagnetichairtie.com for return authorization. Include your order number AND return number with the returned package. Discontinued, Clearance, and Special Wholesale Orders do not qualify for a return. These items can be identified with hyphens at the beginning of the name, such as dis-, sale-, and/or with a price ending 90 cents. They can also be distinguished by having rigid brackets at the end of the name, such as [S], [D], or any other letters.
Mistake or Faulty Claims
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery if an item is defective or damaged or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Quality control inspections are performed before the product is shipped.
Standard Return Policy
NOTE: The hair tie should not be altered (such as by cutting or ripping it). If you have altered the item (hair tie or ornament(s)), you have indicated that you will keep it, and we will NOT be able to accept a return.
Items must be returned ( postmarked shipped ) in new condition within 14 calendar days of delivery. They cannot be damaged, must be in the original packaging, and must be odor-free and repackaged in the same manner as received. We do not provide return labels.
Up to 3 items per order are allowed for returns.
All accessories, clearance sale items, and bulk orders are FINAL SALE.
If you are located outside the U.S., you are responsible for any taxes, duties, and processing fees incurred because you return or refuse package acceptance.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Returns are subject to restocking fees of 20% of the purchase price.
Promotional-free items of the returned product must also be sent back; otherwise, the retail value will be charged.
Discounts from promotions and carrier shipping costs will be deducted from the returned item(s). If you return any items from an order that received FREE SHIPPING, FLAT RATE SHIPPING, the carrier cost that Twisteemagnetichairtie.com covered will be reversed and deducted from your return.
Undeliverable & Refused Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs, which may vary depending on the method used in the original order.
If you decide not to have your order re-delivered back to you, you will receive a refund.
The original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund.
